   BIG TROUBLES – 1st VHS, now DVD DEAD and NON-Functional
   I bought this RCA unit (like other reviewers) for the advantages of the built-in Digital Tuner, the VHS and DVD recording capability.

   RCA DRC8335 DVD Recorder & VCR Combo With Built-In Tuner Item listed as refurbished. VHS recording poor. Copy VHS to DVD shut down in less than 3 minutes.

   My Bad … for not reading the reviews!
   The 8335 is a major POS! I got enthralled with the features and the price and didn’t look at the reviews. Most of the reviewers are correct. This thing is terrible.

   NOT GOOD…..AT ALL.
   It worked perfect at first. Turned it off for about a week with a tape inside. The VCR wouldn’t turn on. I lost an $89 dollar tape inside this VCR.

   Defective product and horrible costumer service

    I’ll be the oddball here.
    I got my RCA 8335 as a warranty replacement and not at Amazon.I must say my unit has performed well enough.I’ve recorded hundreds of programs with good results.
